<p><strong>Christmas Turkeys:</strong><br />
we raise a few free range Norfolk Bronze Turkeys and Norfolk Black Turkeys. Outdoor raised and naturally fed, slow grown,  dry plucked and properly matured. Oven ready. We are very pleased to take your order, and will deliver just before Christmas. (£9.30 kg, small, medium, and large)</p>
<p>The next Collection Day for the Free Range Pork meat box scheme is Saturday 5th February 2011 from 10am until 5pm,  come and enjoy coffee, a glass of wine and some trial tasters.  As well as succulent pork, we will have available Free Range Sausages, and Bacon.</p>
<p><strong>The Free Range Pork meat box scheme:<br />
</strong>The most succulent naturally reared pork, in 10kg boxes of hand selected joints and cuts.</p>
<p>A typical box will hold around 7 kg of roasting joints, 1 kg of chops and leg steaks, and 2 kg of mince, dice and spare ribs. (£80).</p>

</strong>• Country Pork. (the Great Taste Award Two Star Gold winner)<br />
• Pork and Apple.<br />
• Pork and Cracked Black Pepper. 450g pack (£3.70)</p>
<p>All made using 90% free range pork, from only the shoulder and belly, to 10% rusk and our organic seasoning mix (only Trudie knows the secret, one more senior moment and it will be gone forever).</p>

<p><strong>Smoked Free Range Bacon: </strong>As above but oak smoked by Adrian the artisan butcher, (using our own  oak shavings). 275g pack (£3.70).</p>
<p><strong>Smoked and non smoked Free Range Gammon Joints:</strong> Vac-packed in a selection of sizes (£12 per kilo).</p>
<p>(The smoked is the Great Taste Award Three Star Gold Winner, top in the Country).</p>
<p><strong>Oven Ready Free Range Sunday Roaster Chickens:<br />
</strong><strong>ALL SOLD FOR THIS SEASON<br />
</strong>• Large  - up to 2.2 kg (£10.00).<br />
• Very large 2.5 kg to 3.5 kg (£14.00).</p>
<p>Don&#8217;t save it for a special occasion, great any day of the week, and so much that you can do with the left-overs.</p>
<p><strong>Half Southdown Lamb:</strong><br />
Flavoursome and extremely tender meat.<br />
<strong>ALL SOLD UNTIL APRIL 2011</strong></p>
<p>Dry aged for at least a week, to ensure that the taste and texture are perfect.<br />
Prepared by our butcher and vac-packed in convenient portions. (£65).</p>
<p><strong>Succulent Southdown Mutton</strong>: The most delicious naturally raised four year mutton, dry aged for a minimum of fourteen days for perfect texture and flavour.<br />

<p>Prepared by our butcher, vac-packed and available in 10kg boxes of hand selected joints and cuts.</p>
